As a speech-language pathologist and a mom of four, including a child with special needs, I bring together professional expertise and lived experience to guide you. I teach parents how speech and language develop, offering practical ideas and meaningful resources to guide your child’s progress. By creating a supportive space for you to ask questions and feel encouraged, I empower families to take an active, confident role in their child’s communication journey.

With a rich background in early intervention, Kim is the owner of a thriving private speech-language therapy practice, where she partners closely with families to provide personalized, client-centered care for clients of all ages. In addition to running her practice, Kim leads the speech program at GiGi's Playhouse Cincinnati, providing therapy services for individuals from toddlers to adults. Additionally, Kim mentors graduate speech therapy students, fostering the next generation of skilled therapists.

Join a supportive parent community guided by a mom and speech-language pathologist who gets it — share wins, ask questions, and grow alongside families on a similar path.

You’ll work with a mom who understands both the science and the heart of child development. Together, we’ll create a simple, doable plan that helps your child thrive — available only for families enrolled in a course.
Talk Move Play takes the overwhelm out of parenting by educating and supporting families as they learn how to nurture their child’s speech, language, and overall development in everyday life.
It’s not about adding more to your plate — it’s about helping you see the learning that’s already happening in the simple, ordinary moments you share.
Through practical online courses, workshops, and a supportive parent community, Talk Move Play blends real-life parenting with the science of child development — so helping your child grow feels natural, joyful, and doable.
Parents and caregivers of babies, toddlers, and young children who want to:
- Support speech, language, and social development
-Understand their child’s sensory and movement needs
-Feel confident knowing how to help at home — in ways that fit real life
Whether your child is developing typically or has unique needs, you’ll find strategies that meet you where you are.
Most resources are designed for parents of children from birth through preschool (roughly 0–5 years old).
New workshops and courses for older children and diverse developmental needs are being added regularly.
No — Talk Move Play does not replace therapy. It’s not therapy, and it’s not meant to take the place of individualized treatment provided by a licensed professional.
Instead, Talk Move Play is about empowering you — the parent — with practical strategies you can use in everyday life to support your child’s communication, movement, and connection.
Think of it as the bridge between therapy and everyday life. If your child is already in therapy, these tools will help you carry those goals into your daily routines. And if your child isn’t in therapy, you’ll still gain valuable insight and confidence to nurture their development right where it happens most — at home, in the small, meaningful moments you share every day.
Not at all!
Everything I teach supports all children.
If your child is already in therapy, these tools complement what you’re doing.
If not, they’re a great way to start building strong developmental foundations through play.
